Critically Addressing Advance Care Planning

I’m excited to share that on May 30, 2019, I will be speaking to the NC Medical Society’s ACO Council meeting on “Critically Addressing Advance Care Planning.”
The focus of the seminar is helping practitioners to have the “Critical Conversation” with their patients and breaking barriers so that individuals share how they want to be cared for when they can not speak for themselves.
